After a competitive day of pitches Disembodied took home the win in the 2018 SXSW Gaming Pitch Competition.
The SXSW Gaming Pitch Competition offers gaming fans and professionals a unique chance to get a glimpse of the games that will soon take the industry by storm. The competition format was two part with the first round pitches before a panel of judges who provided additional mentorship and guidance and the second before a live audience.

Disembodied is an epicomical action-adventure starring the literal head of the Underworld’s rule, Yorick Evergrim, and his nameless skeleton companion.
Other finalists included titles Greyfall: The Endless Dungeon, Plunder Panic, and Baby Hands.
The SXSW Gaming Pitch Competition Finals, featured guest judges David Eddings (Rooster Teeth), Elizabeth Howard (Aspyr), Nigel Lowrie (Devolver Digital), and Jared Epicpower (Muxy).
